Woodlands Park School is seeking a highly organised and experienced classroom teacher to join our whānau. The successful applicant will bring proven teaching expertise, strong classroom management, and a deep understanding of effective pedagogy that aligns with the New Zealand Curriculum refresh. You can expect to teach students who are ready and eager to learn, who thrive on academic challenge and structure, and who demonstrate our school values.

This position also carries remunerated responsibility for leading Sports across the school:

  • lead and coordinate sports activities, ensuring a diverse range of opportunities for student participation.
  • Organise and support inter-school sporting events, school teams, and regular physical education initiatives.
  • Foster a strong sporting culture that encourages teamwork, fair play, and school spirit.
  • Meet deadlines and manage administrative requirements effectively, e.g, EOTC Safety Management compliance documents & have a deep understanding of the purpose and use of the EOTC Coordinator Toolkit.
